I love having something warm to drink in the morning. I have switched from coffee to a wonderful drink that helps to balance the acid/alkaline in your system and also helps to burn fat while intaking additional water to flush it out.
Here's all you do. Boil water and add 2 Tablespoons of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and about 1 Tablespoon of pure Maple Syrup, not imitation, pure maple syrup it also has good nutritional value. Sip and enjoy a cup in the morning and evening.
Another great way to get the morning started is to simple squeeze some fresh lemon juice in your hot or cold water and drink up. This helps to support and cleanse the liver.
