3 or 4 Tablespoons of ground coffee (used from your coffee maker or fresh)

2 or 3 Tablespoons corn meal

2 or 3 Tablespoons Sea Salt (these are much larger granules, great for scrubbing all that rough dry skin on your feet)

2 or 3 Teaspoons of your choice of Olive Oil or Almond Oil or Jojoba or Sesame Oil

A dash or two of peppermint or lavender oil

Mix well and scrub all those dry, hard to treat areas of your feet, rinse with warm water and apply your favorite lotion or one of DeNeane's recipes for lotion and enjoy!

*This scrub should not be used if you have issues with circulation or other medical conditions such as diabetes, these are at home recipes and remedies to use at your own discretion they are not given for medical advice or treatment.

Use these tips and recipes at your own discretion. These are not prescriptions, merely suggestions based on our research and on things we use ourselves. Not everything will work for everybody, but I have had great success with these recipes. If I weren't willing to use it myself, I wouldn't suggest it to you.
