Coffee Sugar Scrub

The coffee scrub is really easy and feels great! Grind about 1/2 to 1 cup coffee, if you have a grinder I would make it really fine for the body, you can try this on feet too! Mix coffee with about 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 or 2 drops peppermint oil and if you are really dry add a teaspoon or so of Olive Oil or Almond Oil mix with a little bit of water, and massage body, really working the areas that may have cellulite. After you have rinsed and dried, your skin will be so soft and you will notice that the areas with cellulite appear tighter and firmer. Whole foods, lots of water and excellent vitamins are important too!

*Note – This is definitely a recipe to use in the shower not the bath!

Use these tips and recipes at your own discretion. These are not prescriptions, merely suggestions based on our research and on things we use ourselves. Not everything will work for everybody, but I have had great success with these recipes. If I weren't willing to use it myself, I wouldn't suggest it to you.
