3 cups epsom salt
3 cups sea salt
Several tablespoons dried milk
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. baking soda (if desiring effervescence)
Dried herbs of choice, (i.e. lavender, mint, rosemary)

Mix together and place in attractive jar to use in bath as desired. You can also add 5 to 7 drops of essential oil of personal choice.

Use these tips and recipes at your own discretion. These are not prescriptions, merely suggestions based on our research and on things we use ourselves. Not everything will work for everybody, but I have had great success with these recipes. If I weren't willing to use it myself, I wouldn't suggest it to you.
