Q: Does this work with any skin type?
A: This skin care was developed specifically for nourishing all types of skin. I used myself as the "test" case due to my own many sensitivities, With that in mind, all ingredients were specifically chosen to be kind to the skin. Oily skin clients find that their skin becomes less oily and dry skin clients find the skin is more hydrated. One of the main reasons for this is that the line is not an oil based line, it is a water and aloe vera based product which is hydrating and nourishing without clogging the pores with man-made oils.
Q: How often do I need to use a scrub or exfoliant?
A: The refining scrub is very gentle and I have personally used the scrub daily for up to 4 days straight without irritation. Most clients will find 1 to 2 times weekly is sufficient to exfoliate the dead skin cells. This allows the mycellized vitamins and healing botanicals to better penetrate the skin and work reparatively.
Q: At what age should skin care become a habit?
A: I have given makeup and skin care lessons to 12-year-olds, and my oldest client was 94! In my opinion 12 or 13 is a good age for boys and girls both to become educated in caring for their skin; it is the body's largest organ and should be treated kindly.
Q: Do I need to use the entire line of Deneane's products in order to receive any benefit to my skin?
A: Using the entire line will give a definitive boost to the skin with all of the formulas and vitamins being concentrated throughout the system, however, if someone wants to infiltrate any of the products into their regime they will still notice a marked improvement due to the structure of the vitamins penetrating the skin.
Q: In what order do I apply my products?
A: The first step in using your Deneane Skin Care System is to cleanse with the Gentle Gel and/or the Refining Scrub. Then depending upon age and skin condition the Super Serum should be applied around the eyes, mouth, forehead, throat to hydrate, soften, and plump the fine lines that tend to show in those areas. Acne Aid can be applied specifically to the affected area when needed. Eye Balm is then applied around the eye area and then Moisture Balance applied to the remaining area of the face and throat.
Q: What is Progesterone Plus and who needs it?
A: Progesterone Plus is a soy based progesterone cream with natural herbs, botanicals and vitamins, that help fight PMS and menopausal symptoms such as cramping, bloating, irritability, hot flashes and many other symptoms accompanying this time of life.
